Getting started
What is InspoPlan?
InspoPlan helps you organize daily life in shared spaces. Each space can include a dashboard, calendar, shopping lists, to-do lists, checklists, meal plans, travel plans, and notes — synced for everyone in that space.
How do I create an account?
Download InspoPlan from the App Store, open the app, and complete onboarding. You can register with email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple.
What is a Space?
A Space is a shared workspace for a group (family, friends, roommates, etc.) or for personal use. You can belong to multiple spaces and switch between them from Space Manager (shown after sign-in).
Account & sign-in
I forgot my password (email sign-in).
On the Log In screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and submit. Check your inbox for a reset link.
Alternatively: open the app → Space Manager or Dashboard → profile/account icon → Account → Change Password → Send Email. You will be logged out; follow the link in the email to set a new password.
How do I change my name, email, or avatar?
Account → Edit Profile → update fields → Save Changes.
How do I change the app language?
Account → Preferences → Language → choose English, Romanian, or French → Apply.
How do I enable dark mode?
Account → Preferences → Theme → Light, Dark, or System.
How do I log out?
Account → scroll down → Log Out.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Confirm twice.
Warning: This permanently deletes your spaces, lists, calendar events, notes, and preferences. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately (see Subscriptions below).
Subscriptions & Premium
What is InspoPlan Premium?
A subscription that unlocks:
- Unlimited owned spaces (free plan: up to 2 spaces you own)
- Unlimited lists per type in each space (free plan: 1 list per list type — shopping, to-do, travel, meal, checklists, etc.)
- Inviting members to spaces you own (not available on free)
- No banner ads
How do I subscribe?
Open Space Manager → Premium promo card → View Premium, or Account → crown row (InspoPlan Premium) → paywall → choose monthly or yearly plan.
Prices are shown in the App Store purchase sheet (localized by Apple).
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Sign in with the same InspoPlan account you used when subscribing. Open the Premium / Paywall screen → Restore purchases. Premium access in the app may take a short moment to update after a successful restore.
Premium is not showing after I paid.
- Confirm you are signed into the same InspoPlan account (Firebase login) you used when purchasing.
- Try Restore purchases on the Paywall screen.
- Force-quit and reopen the app; wait up to a minute for sync.
- If still missing, email support with your InspoPlan account email and approximate purchase date.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. InspoPlan cannot cancel for you.
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → InspoPlan → Cancel or change plan.
- In the app (Premium users): Account → crown row → Subscription help (opens subscription management).
Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
I deleted my InspoPlan account but I'm still being charged.
Deleting the app account does not cancel Apple subscriptions. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, follow Apple's refund policy.
Can I subscribe on the website?
No. In-app purchases are only available in the iOS app (Android when released).
How does auto-renewal work?
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Taxes may apply; refunds follow Apple's policies.
Spaces, collaboration & invites
How do I invite someone to my space?
Premium required to invite members. Space Manager → open your space → edit (details & members) → add member email under Members. They receive an invitation they can accept from Account → Invitations.
Where do I see invitations I received?
Account → Invitations → Received.
How do I switch spaces?
From Space Manager, tap the space you want. The dashboard and features reflect the active space.

My data isn't syncing / I see an offline message.
InspoPlan works offline with cached data. Check internet connection. When back online, changes sync automatically. If problems persist, force-quit and reopen the app, then email support.
Do you show ads?
The free plan shows banner ads on some screens. Premium removes ads.
Privacy & legal
For data deletion, use Delete Account in the app (see Account & sign-in above). For privacy questions, email support.
Troubleshooting
The app crashes or misbehaves.
Update to the latest App Store version. Restart your iPhone. If it continues, email support with device model, iOS version, and what you were doing.
Push notifications don't work.
Account → Notifications → enable. If previously denied, iOS may require enabling notifications for InspoPlan in Settings → Notifications.
Sign in with Apple / Google fails.
Check network connection. For Apple, ensure you're signed into iCloud on the device. Try again or use email sign-in. Contact support if the issue persists.
